We assess your existing policies and related documents. We provide trustworthy recommendations and pricing options. You decide on the scope of the project. We provide a project schedule and list of deliverables.
We manage the development project from start to finish. We provide drafts for your review. We incorporate your mark-ups. Once you are fully satisfied, your deliverables are ready to deploy into your organization.
We provide version-controlled deployment documents. We deliver launch training to your management team and board. If you like, we'll deliver launch training to all your employees.
We'll keep your documents current. We monitor the regulatory environment. Annually, we conduct a full document review with you and update your documents.
Our Founder
I'm Murray Whitby, founder and president of POLICY PROTEC. I'm a Canadian compliance expert and organizational policy thought-leader.
I apply 30 years of managerial, executive, and board experience to every client we accept and every document we write. Before founding POLICY PROTEC, I was VPHR for an international manufacturing company. Before that, I was the president of a national chain of pharmacies. I've served on numerous non-profit boards. I'm currently starting my second term as a member of The Senate of the University of Alberta.
